0. Ground Rule

Have fun with other fellow Silver Liners! We sincerely hope that you make wonderful memories in this club 🙌

1. Club Membership

All Silver Lining members are required to complete all of the following items to be fully recognized as SL members.

1. Register on the KAIST Clubs Union website following **this manual.**

2. Pay a club membership fee of KRW 30,000 per semester to the Finance Management Team via bank transfer to the following account.

3. Register on the 1365 Portal following this manual.

Unless otherwise stated, the penalty fees regulated below should also be sent to the above bank account.

2. Weekly Meetings

All Silver Lining members are expected to join every weekly club meeting on Mondays at 9 PM KST. Members who cannot attend the weekly meeting should fill in the absence Google form at least 24 hours before the meeting time with a reasonable excuse. Members who fail to do so will be penalized as follows.

• Lateness — KRW 500 per minute
• Absence — KRW 5,000 per absence
• Being late for over 10 minutes is considered absent
• Missing more than 2 meetings will require KRW 20,000 to renew membership(3 meetings if missing was due to sickness)

3. Volunteering

All Silver Lining members are expected to participate in some volunteer work as the following each semester. You can register for volunteer work in the shared Google sheet.

• Volunteers — at least 3 times
• President, Vice President, and Management Team Managers — at least once
• Management Team Members— at least twice
